Who processes your information
Inquiries are saved in our website’s protected owner dashboard and sent to our business inbox at housing@xtendedliving.com. Authorized personnel handling your housing request may access this information.
We use service providers to host the website, store inquiry records, protect the site, and send and receive email. These include OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for website hosting and storage, Resend for sending inquiry notifications, and Google Workspace for our business email.
We do not sell information submitted through this housing inquiry form. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or prevent fraud.
Storage and security
We retain inquiry records and related emails for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect this information; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
